Why your stuck in Corporate Friction

Navigating Office Politics & Toxic Stakeholders

You do high-quality work, but promotions, visibility, and budgets go to those who manipulate, play politics, or manage upward.

You feel forced to choose between staying principled and getting left behind.

Misaligned Loyalty vs. Career Stagnation

You stay in a dead-end role or back a failing initiative simply out of loyalty to a manager, founder, or past promise, even when it actively harms your growth, mental health, or team alignment.

Decision Paralysis & High-Stakes Imposter Syndrome

As you move into senior roles, decisions become ambiguous with no "right" answer.

You freeze under pressure, over-analyze data, and fear making a strategic misstep that could ruin your career or lose the trust of your team.

Why Now?

Corporate life feels like Kurukshetra—competing priorities, ethical dilemmas, decision fatigue, and constant conflict.

Standard Western self-help gives quick hacks; Indian epics provide timeless operating systems.

As a working professional looking to grow your career, learning to handle situations and people can 10x your speed of growth.

FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Is this a religious or ritualistic course?

No. This course is an analytical, leadership, and psychological study of the Mahabharata.
We focus on strategic frameworks, human behavioral dynamics, decision-making models, and mental resilience. There are no religious rituals or sectarian dogmas—just timeless wisdom applied to modern career and personal leadership.

Q2: I am extremely busy with my job. What is the time commitment?

We designed this specifically for working professionals. The program requires 1.5 to 2 hours per week (weekend live immersion or digestible self-paced modules) plus a few minutes of practical mental frameworks you can test directly in your workplace during the week.

Q3: How is this different from standard executive coaching or Western self-help?

Western self-help often focuses on surface-level productivity hacks, time management, or motivational mantras. The Mahabharata offers a complete psychological operating system. It addresses deep-seated dilemmas—like managing office politics, balancing ethics with success, and maintaining composure in high-stakes environments—through nuanced, real-world case studies rather than oversimplified rules.

Q4: Do I need prior knowledge of Sanskrit or ancient scriptures?

Not at all. All concepts, frameworks, and stories are presented in clear, modern English (or regional language, if applicable) with contemporary workplace examples. We translate complex ancient philosophical terminology into actionable leadership principles.

Q5: Will I get live access to instructors or interact with peers?

Yes. You will join a cohort of fellow founders, managers, and working professionals. You'll participate in interactive case-study breakdowns, Q&A sessions, and discussions on how to apply these frameworks to real workplace scenarios.
